Shoulder Pain Physical Therapy in Bellevue, WA
Get back to playing the sports you love without shoulder pain holding you back. Whether you're dealing with rotator cuff issues, tennis elbow, or chronic shoulder discomfort from badminton or cycling, our specialized Osteopractic approach addresses the root cause—not just the symptoms—so you can return to peak performance.
Pain Shouldn't Keep You on the Sidelines
Shoulder pain doesn't just hurt—it steals the activities that make life worth living. Whether it's the sharp sting during your overhead serve or the nagging ache that keeps you awake at night, untreated shoulder issues only get worse with time.
Missing Your Game
That shoulder discomfort during your weekend badminton match isn't going away on its own. You've tried rest, ice, and hoping it would heal—but now you're sitting on the sidelines watching others play.
Limited Daily Movement
Simple tasks like reaching for a dish in the cabinet, putting on a jacket, or washing your hair have become painful reminders that something's wrong. Your shoulder is affecting everything you do.
Fear of Long-Term Damage
Ignoring shoulder pain today can lead to chronic inflammation, rotator cuff tears, or frozen shoulder tomorrow. What starts as mild discomfort can turn into surgery and months of recovery if left untreated.
At Pinnacle Performance Physio, we specialize in getting active individuals in Bellevue back to doing what they love. Our Osteopractic Physical Therapy method combines advanced techniques like dry needling and spinal manipulation to eliminate shoulder pain at its source—whether you're a competitive athlete or a weekend warrior who refuses to slow down.
✓ One-on-one care with Dr. Chris Lee every visit—never an aide or technician

"I have been going to Chris for almost two months. Chris is very knowledgeable with how different parts of our body work with one another. When doing exercises, he would also explain why and how the exercise is targeting my pain area and how it helps with healing. I have had shoulder pain since last December and would have pain when playing badminton or even doing simple tasks like washing dishes. After starting PT with Chris, I have been able to continue my activities without pain. I am also able to ask about any other issues and he would help assess the issue right away. Highly recommend!"

"Took both badminton lessons and physical therapy at Pinnacle. After 5-6 sessions of physical therapy, shoulder pain persisting over half a year went away. It's amazing. For badminton training, Chris himself has quite high a level of athleticism and his badminton lessons are closely related with his agility (footwork) and explosiveness (technique). Highly recommend!"

Chris Lee, PT, DPT
Founder & Clinic Director
Cert. VRS, Cert. SMT, Cert. DN, Dip. Osteopractic
Dr. Chris Lee specializes in osteopractic physical therapy with advanced training in vestibular rehabilitation, spinal manipulation, and dry needling. After graduating from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis in 2017, he's spent over 7 years helping active adults and athletes in the Seattle-Bellevue area overcome pain and return to peak performance. Chris understands the frustration of chronic pain firsthand—a car accident in 2009 left him unable to play badminton competitively for two years until physical therapy helped him return to the court. That experience inspired him to become the specialist he wished he'd had: someone who doesn't just eliminate pain, but gets you fully ready to compete and perform at your best.
